Found a wallet today with bank cards, driver's licence etc. Also found that it's absolutely impossible to reunite someone with their wallet. Banks were useless and the police sent me to a private 3rd party lost and found Facebook page.
You have their full name and photograph, do a Facebook or Instagram search and try to find them
