Elsinore is an incredible game I only just got round to playing. Up there with Disco Elysium, Heaven's Vault and Outer Wilds as best narrative games of the year. I never watched/read Hamlet, it's not required to play Elsinore. It has a genuinely diverse set of well-written characters, and some of the most interesting systemic social systems I've seen in years.
