How accurate would you say your total count is? At what CCU do you stop tracking / filtering games?

I track 10,000 games for the total count, which from my testing should cover pretty much every game with players. At worst, it's probably not factoring in a few hundred, possibly a thousand players. (Player counts past top ~4,000 are generally <10)
