my train was delayed 48 mins so my only chance of voting now is if I can get off the train, onto the street into a precalled uber and to the polling station in under 5 mins. which is actually within the realms of physical feasibility but v. unlikely
I thought I'd be at.home, I had a major delay because I lost my laptop and phone chargers and missed the 8am cheap trains then got the earliest after they got cheap again. voting is 5 mins from the station so 48 mins delay, the exact delay required to stop me, was not anticipated
