Discord needs to steal 'All Unread' and Threads from Slack. We use it for work and it's mostly great but the lack of these features makes it more annoying to use. There should also be an option for per-server profiles so people can tailor their profiles to the server @discordapp

The lack of threads in Discord is the #1 worst part about it. Popular servers need threads.
It's so annoying use it for our studio in lieu of Slack. Means you have to interrupt people in busy channels
