More trans representation in games in general. Again, definitely not an ideal scenario, but I still see the making of a game with a trans-lead as a large positive. That's just my perspective though.
Meh, feels like pandering / lip service. "We support trans people, we want to tell trans stories, we just don't want to support actual trans people by hiring them as developers"
