memes aside I'm usually pretty good - wash potato, pierce holes with fork, 5 mins in microwave on full. Then coat lightly with veg oil and salt, put in oven on 210-230 degrees for 15-25 mins depending on potato size, maybe longer. potato is done when u squeeze + feels soft inside
