I really admire people who occasionally, when asked, say "I fucked up. It was my fault. I made the wrong decision, or was slack, or just wasn't good enoug"'. Its true of all of us now and then. Getting better requires that you know when you failed.

Can't stand people who never admit they're wrong, always try to assign blame or come up with excuses. It's okay to make mistakes and learn from them, all of organic life and human civilization is built on this principle
