Watched the second John Wick movie tonight and yeah y'know it's a knockabout laugh like the first with some fancy camera angles and Lovejoy squinting but I'm still not getting the reverence some of you have for this... Maybe that awaits with the third film.
It's all from the first one. It's in incredibly clean, well made action movie with a simple premise and a setup that implies the lead character is a badass without having to show you. People like it because it's a clean big budget alternative to what popular action movies became
