      Both @discordapp + @SlackHQ should have priority levels for mentions If you need an answer ASAP, you can use the urgent / hard tag. If you just want to make someone aware of something, you can use the soft tag. Users are encouraged to only review soft tags when they have time

      that's cool - it would be fairly trivial to build this into tags I think. there are other problems too but I wanted to focus on this one
