Now more than ever I believe we have a duty to use whatever influence we have to protect others, and call out abusers when we see them. I get it, we all have to hustle for our careers, but if you work with or are friends with an abuser and you do nothing, you're complicit
You hustle so you don't have to hustle. I've tolerated and even participated in negative behaviour when I was starting out in my career because I thought I had to do it to progress. Never again.

Meant moreso on the deeper end of things. Not cutting ties even when it's someone who really shouldn't be kept tied to. I don't know the industry much though so I can't talk, but something about it, being in the direction of their Twitter being followed by so many kids, irked me.
