Is it ok to clean your house if you can’t sleep and you have to be up for 8am, asking for a friend

I genuinely think that it's often better to get up for an hour than lie in bed, unable to sleep. Staying up is obviously bad but lying there getting more and more annoying isn't helping anything, might as well get up and give it another go in an hour

Yeah I think that helps me... esp cause I wasn’t well and stayed in bed for most of today, just hope I tire out soon ;-;
