A ton of my stuff was damaged when my @AmericanAir flight forced 3 boarding groups to check their carry-ons. I'm on a call now but they're already being cagey just in looking up the flights. Fingers crossed

This policy is ridiculous, he just told you he spent half a day in the airport already. It's impossible for him to come the same day. I defo won't be flying AA domestic in the future
