If this is what it's going to be like, then for roughly 3/12 months of the year, the upstairs half of my apartment is unusable. Property owners must address this - or tenants should not have to pay rent for areas of the house they physically cannot use due to poor design

It's 44 degrees in the room I'm in right now. The UK has no infrastructure in place to deal with heat, no home has air conditioning or central air system unless they explicitly installed and paid through the roof for it
