Gamedevs if you're not paying attention to Roblox you should be. It's pretty amazing and my kids are super into it. I wonder who is doing dev work for it because I don't know anyone.

Hi! If you have any questions feel free to DM. I honestly think that a large portion of indie devs releasing games onto a crowded Steam to little success should probably be making Roblox games

Also we're struggling to hire competent, qualified gamedevs who have Roblox experience because the majority of candidates are young and self-taught with no industry experience

Yeah Roblox dev feels like the closest thing to garage days today. Kids just making crazy stuff that sticks and the adults can't even be bothered with it.
