Most? I have never seen a house in the UK with air con in my life. Conversely, the only houses I've seen without double-glazed vacuum insulated windows are old, protected historical buildings.
Some modern houses / apartments have Aircon as standard, like built in the last 5 years. My friend lives in one flat / apartment
