I dislike when a bar or restaurant refuses to stock a Normal Lager. I love my craft beers, but I need something basic my Grandad can drink a half of whilst vaguely complaining about "just the general state of things these days"

I have the same issue with foods. It's like some of these places are so intent on providing 'fancy, impressive' stuff that they've forgotten that sometimes people just want a simple meal or drink. o.0
I pretty much agree, though I would say it's more about knowing what you and your friends like. I really like upmarket restaurants but I have friends who don't, so I'd never take them there because I know there wouldn't be anything for them to eat

I'd just like to be able to order a burger without asking them to leave off the mayo, the lettuce, the tomato, the gerkin etc. x.x I LIKE lettuce and tomato btw, just not on a burger. :P
