If I had the money I'd open a beer and wings restaurant / bar in Bristol. I really feel it's missing. And then I'd probably lose it within the year. But a person can dream!

it's defo something you need to plan for. like: "clear your sunday, because we're booking a table at hobgoblin for 3pm beers and dirty fries, then a 2 hour recovery slot"
