Given that Alphas and Beta are things to allow for the discovery of bugs due to larger numbers of players, as well as the scale of some games nowadays... it makes complete sense to me to have some bugs on release. *shrug*

You can't catch every bug even if you try really hard, even if you hired 10,000 QA people. Some bugs only appear very rarely, or only when you have a certain number of players which you don't have before launch. Early Access has definitely helped people understand more though!
