oh god I sent some consultancy feedback in Dec I identified two phrases client had written as particularly good, made approving comments I JUST REALISED THEY'RE PHRASES I WROTE MYSELF IN A TREATMENT 3 MONTHS BEFORE NOW THAT THEY WERE USING AS SUGGESTED OF COURSE I LIKED THEM
