I adore AGDQ but "this game had bad QA" after people carefully looking to break it eventually find glitches that don't crash the game after hundreds of hours of collaborative work usually isn't the QA's fault QA did fine, those runners just suck at saying interesting stuff?
If a full length game doesn't crash regularly on normal playthroughs, if there are minimal game / progress-breaking bugs, if you can sit down and enjoy the result of years of intricate custom systems and art interacting, I think the game had brilliant QA
