Practical Advice: If you live in the UK, buy and install a VPN on your desktop and mobile devices. This will let you to circumvent any UK-based website blocks. It's super easy and super cheap Do this before April. After then they can decide any website is "not age appropriate"

Why not simply use a proxy? :o

'proxies' only work on that specific browser, whereas a VPN tunnels all your traffic (including from game clients and other apps). plus a private paid one will be faster (NordVPN is a few dollars per month)

Uhhh... I board in the UK and we’re not allowed to use VPN’s and if we do we get instant detention because the school can see who is using VPN’s cuz we all have a private internet login user and password

That sucks, sorry about that. Not sure if there's a good way to get around this. If I was in your position I'd probably rely on 3G / 4G where necessary

I use PIA (Private Internet Access) only like $6 a month and I don’t lost much internet speeds on it, was able to stream smoothly on it as well

After April, UK GOV will force ISPs to block any websites that are on the list if they don't have proper age verification which involves either inputting credit card details, or scanning government-issued documents. If ISPs don't comply they'll be punished. We can't 'just say no'
