Since a couple people are confused, worth adding that Multiplay are shutting down their community servers to focus full-time on big commercial clients, which is the best decision for the company. Hosting dedi servers for consumer clients makes no money and is a lot of effort

OG Multiplay split into parts, and the hosting side I used to work for is now owned by Unity (yes, the game engine). With serious support in all areas from a large aligned company, Multiplay's hosting products should get even better, hosting even more large at-scale online games
