(Yes, I work in Studio. Yes, I know it sucks etc. Yes, I heard about Rojo. Yes, we'll be moving to it at some point)

https://github.com/LPGhatguy/rojo A friend recommended it, it syncs git with Studio so you can work however you want, do proper version control etc. But atm apparently it doesn't let you sync models so you have to do it manually and painfully
