I went to a Walmart in the US and had an existential crisis. It was at least 4X as big as any UK supermarket. It was even bigger than our Costcos. My mind is still recovering from seeing that many flavours of soda stacked in one seemingly endless aisle

The last costco I went to in the UK was slightly smaller than the Walmart I went to in Florida. I think we just have less space in general so cram things into places
