      Actually Tennant used his accent once or twice I think. But Eccleston used his northern accent and Capaldi used his Scottish accent playing the Doctor! Your opinion but I honestly don’t think it matters or makes a difference whether they decide to use their accent or not

      I gave you videos of their voices in which they sound exactly the same. If you don't think they sound the same then I recommend you go see an ear-related doctor because I suspect there may be a problem there 👂🏽👎🏽
