my housemate is doing it, I'm a big fan of the "consume less energy than you expend" diet which helped me lose a ton of weight in college. also, the "being too poor to eat properly" diet

Lol. Yeah I’ve heard people say that keto has benefits for some health conditions, for example, but it seems like a massive faff and also potential to just drown in fat. Probably not a bad way to go tbf
