Pitch: Modern Batman as Young CEO Bruce Wayne in 2018, trying to deal with Wayne Enterprises' board of directors whilst pivoting to corporate good. Antagonist is Young Joker, who livestreams his crimes on social platforms + recruits young men as goons through YouTube propaganda
The platform holders refuse to deplatform Joker as his broadcasts allow law enforcement (and batman) to track him and save people... and also they get great views. Wayne has to fight on 3 fronts: corporate, systemic and street level, while confronting / owning his prejudice
