I can't believe I'm arguing with people on Reddit about whether or not Elon Musk and others can work for 17 hours straight and be productive. People are genuinely telling me you can work for 17 hours in a row at full productivity lmao, as if by hour 9 you wouldn't be at ~10%
Utter BS. After a few hours, your productivity lowers. This continues. If you genuinely believe you can work 17 hours straight at a decent level of productivity, I strongly urge you to reevaluate your habits and beliefs

It's a myth perpetuated by people who also believe you can crunch and be productive. Crunch isn't productive. Working long hours isn't productive. There's no point in working 17 hours when you're gonna tail off in the 2nd half, you might as well sleep and come back in the morning

Being productive can be generalized as being able to produce something positive. As I said before, I understand that your efficiency might diminish the longer you work. This can be detrimental, but you can still be productive.
