I have a face-to-face interview tomorrow. anyone got any hot tips? any advice - from answering Qs properly to how not to nervous-cry halfway through - very much appreciated

it's okay to be nervous, interviews are nervous and they understand this, so don't worry about that. you're interviewing them as much as they're interviewing you: ask legitimate questions. some good ones that are always helpful: how does my role fit into ur overall plans etc

make sure you've done enough research (surely you have) about the company and its work. sometimes I would interview a candidate who barely knew what the company was, instant thumbs down. reach the About Page, skim any interviews etc. you don't need to master it, just basic info

people want to hire people with ambitions. something a close friend told me that has been very helpful is to essentially express how you want to help grow their company / products, whilst also growing yourself. you don't need all the answers, but a positive + ambitious attitude
