The solution is obviously to branch out a new group chat for each potential newcomer and either make it into the master one after a trial period or let it die and fall back to the old one.
Introducing someone new into the group chat is dangerous social chemistry that alters the careful equilibrium. Without years of research and testing, could go horribly wrong. I'm writing my PHD on how to optimise integration
