Bavinck on Postmillennialism: “Jesus nowhere predicts a glorious future on earth before the end of the world. On the contrary, the things he experienced are the things his church will experience. A disciple is not above his teacher, nor a slave above the master… 1/4

A xenomorph into feudal Japan? Yes. Absolutely.

PREY should be the template for ALL the horror franchises. Drop a xenomorph into feudal Japan. Do Final Destination on a 17th century pirate ship. Let the ancient Greeks crack open the Hellraiser box

BULLET TRAIN - good, fun time at the movies. Brad Pitt seemed to be having a blast. I would love to see a Lemon and Tangerine prequel.

It's been 5 years since The Dark Tower premiered. Which did you like better: the movie or the book series?

The gospel doesn’t begin with the truth, “You’re a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad sinner…” But with, “Before the foundation of the world, God the Father made a covenant with God the Son…”

Christians, avoid the rapper @Flame314. Once a sound, biblical artist, he now teaches in his music that water baptism is necessary for salvation, that Jesus is literally present in the bread and wine of communion, openly supports BLM, and more. Pray for him; he is very lost.

I can tell you right now…She needs Jesus.

I know this is hard for many Christians, but people don’t NEED Jesus. You may need Jesus, that’s ok, that doesn’t mean everyone else does. Believing that you know what others NEED is both supremacy in you and wildly disrespectful of others.

Just a friendly reminder that no music streaming service is perfect. Except for Rdio. Rdio was perfect. Long live Rdio. 😢
Some of you are far too triggered about the CREC being critiqued. Half of you all spend your time on this here bird app misrepresenting the PCA and SBC anyways.

I’m far too dumb to understand what NOPE was really about, but it was very entertaining as a summer blockbuster movie. Definitely an homage to early Spielberg. 7.8/10

Some people oppose weekly communion, saying it'll make the Sacrament less special. The Sacrament isn't supposed to be special. It's standard. When Almighty God invites you to feast on the infinite love, mercy, and salvation found in Christ's body and blood, that's normal for Him

EFS started in academy and became ingrained in churches AND this happened for decades. We may have achieved a consensus among academics that EFS is unorthodox, but we need academics & pastors to team up and help churchgoers relearn the Trinity for long haul. Churches are ready.

Once again…this is the same message as the prosperity gospel.

Mental health is really just thought health and brain health. Thought health is a result of belief health. Namely, do you believe right or wrong? Brain health is rarely what people mean when they talk about “mental health.” Therefore, the best solution is: Truth (AKA Jesus).
