*sighs*, when we have enough evidence of web compat being affected in general by precision (in Presto and Flow especially), when will the CSS WG finally accept we need to specify something, even if it allows a range of behaviours?
All right, CSSWG just agreed to specify that number precision is explicitly *un*defined, so this trick not working in Firefox is going to continue to be valid. Firefox devs specifically mentioned compat bugs they've received, but still wanted to keep it undefined. (We might specify that serialization must be to float precision, tho.)
