I think the only way I could see this working is 1. money wasn't an issue 2. the residences were very close to each other (side by side or something) 3. no kids are involved 4. both partners are genuinely okay with it 5. extended periods of time are spent at each residence...

So like - it's not *your* place or *my* place. WE have two places. Sometimes we spend a month or two or whatever over there, sometimes over here...sometimes you're there for a couple of nights....etc. That's the only way I could see it working....

There is a older couple here together for 40 plus years. Never lived together he came seen her everyday like clockwork and went to his house. They just liked there own space and back in the day I’m sure owning a home was a dream. Very nice couple.
