ACM, IEEE, etc. - they all have codes of ethics for software developers, but the codes are toothless without an enforcement body - especially for developers from marginalized groups, for whom a job change is much riskier than for the white guys.

Stop talking on behalf of the industry, you're not that famous, you did not create anything significant, you're just one offended kitty who can't deal with the real life. The industry is fine and other people can and will write software without you and your complaints.
