Nobody answering that they have no internal monologue has come forward. Very disturbing. They live among us, but they’re unwilling to identity themselves.

I'm the same. I find words right when I need them, whether speaking or writing. In between bouts of verbalizing I recall or imagine images, feelings and intentions (and the occasional sound) and associate them and reorder them as necessary.

Should clarify that the images may be text or code, or some sort of "this acts upon that" diagram. So it's not a formless collage of random sights and sounds like the Willy Wonka tunnel
