This morning I awoke to find myself cured of ideology. Political, economic, artistic, musical, audio, programming, culinary. Yet my preferences, tastes and interests survived, along with the modest satchel of wisdom I've accumulated. Feels sane.
It doesn't feel at all like I've come unmoored. Neither did everything become illuminated. I still know what I knew. There is just less of must and mustn't and I have the sense that I will find more ways to get from here to there.
If this is only a temporary reprieve, I promise to report back and admit as much.
