statist UBI is a mistake. we need anarchist UBI: an explicit game theoretic bribe not to interfere with the property of those paying into it, withheld from (surviving) violators (obviously interfering with the property of a non-participant entity isn't a violation)
"Treat the manor house and its contents with due respect and you will continue to enjoy the generosity of its occupants." In the right circumstances, this could be fair and reasonable.
