Every time I copy a large number of files on my disk from one folder to another, I really wish Btrfs hadn't failed as a filesystem.

Do you see Debian, Fedora, Arch, or Ubuntu shipping it as a default FS? It's been long enough. Also development has stagnated.

I also remember reading on the ML about how there's fundamental problems with the on-disk format that can't be fixed.
