So.... same thing for the flight back. Flight NY-Paris 7.00PM cancelled. And no acceptable solution. AGAIN. Seriously this is inacceptable. Find a solution we (group of 6) absolutely need to flight back with a direct flight TODAY. This is the 2nd time this week !!!
