PNG sequence. It's lossless, so it is perfect to recompress in different format. Just drag & drop the folder containing the png files in After Effects, and it will treat is as a video sequence seamlessly.

Thank, but for an animation of 3 seconds, it's 72 X ~900 ko... I'm afraid it could be a mess to read for small device. I'm not sure if I'm clear, but I'm talking for Unity and not After Effect.

With our first try in mp4, we loose one, two or three frames at the beginning with micro freeze. I don't know if there is a better format.
