      Je te rejoins à 100% mais je suis pas fan de la comparaison à d'autres métiers. Les relations commerciales ou de rémunération ont toujours un contexte qui leur est propre. Du coup, c'est pas parce que dans telle situation ça ne se fait pas, qu'automatiquement ça ne se fait jamais

      Exemple, un jour, j'ai voulu négocier un prix de groupe chez un détaillant, et il m'a dit : "vous iriez négocier les prix au supermarché ?" et j'ai trouvé ça très con car la comparaison ne marche pas. Ce qui est vrai dans un supermarché ne l'est pas forcément chez un détaillant.

      Dans ton cas, je pense vraiment que tu as raison dans le fond, c'est juste l'argumentaire qui me fait un peu tiquer.

      Je maintiens la comparaison car justement les ressources humaines sont toujours le curseur d'ajustement alors que personne ne refuse de payer un smartphone ou l'achat d'une voiture. Et je comprends complètement la réaction du détaillant : on fait pas un prix à la gueule du client

          C'est pas à la gueule du client, c'est une histoire de prix dépréciatif en fct du volume acheté. Mon achat groupé lui fait mutualiser des ressources et donc réduit ses coûts. Ca existe également dans un supermarché avec des mécaniques différentes : cartes de fidélités, promos...
