I received some questions from this story : Silly talk during the interview is a strategy levelling down the pay. They mistook me for a naive junior who will be happy to work in any condition. When we take people for idiots, we become it :)

Anyway, whatever the production, prestige is not a salary. The R* shitstorm about the 100 h per week proves that a dream can turn into modern slavery. Have confidence in yourself and take into account your limits and and those of others. Empathy is the solution.

Au début d'une carrière c'est ultra fréquent, mais quand on a plus d'expérience les guignols tentent moins ce genre de conneries. Mais eux c'était y'a pas si longtemps, ils ont une sale réputation et n'ont pas conscience du niveau réel de l'industrie de l'animation et de la 3D.
