Dutch herring is ofcourse far superior. None of that pickled nonsense or smothered in cream sauce like the Swedish one. Which is only acceptable if you can't get a Dutch 'maatje' or 'Hollandse Nieuwe'.

I have yet to have some Herring. None of my local Swedish contacts appear to be fans of it, either… It’s like some long running national like.
