This is why the intactivist movement hasn't succeeded, it hasn't identified the beneficiaries of this transfer and addressed whether they should deserve to have ongoing painful skin conditions treated. It also hasn't identified how many cuts are needed to treat one skin patient.
I have a theory, that circumcision of boys is known to be harmful to the boys and to public health policy... but the foreskins are harvested to transfer their health benefits from the mutilatees to those with skin conditions in a completely unbalanced socialist ritual of pain.

My thought is that it's like bathing in blood to retain youthful countenance: even if it works, the cost in pain and ongoing harm to victimize an entire population is indefensible.

To stop this, we need to dry up the market for amputated prepuces. We need to find the manufacturers of the dermal lotions made with them, and convince them that the ongoing cost of manufacture is too high. If hospitals have to dispose of them without a kickback, it'll stop.

If parents have to pay a disposal fee on top of the cost of the procedure itself, they'll stop paying for it. If the dermal lotion companies paid for the procedures (like they should have been all along), the cost to manufacture it will drive up the price of the end product.

If you want to stop the economic incentive to continue the barbarism, you have to make the cost of continuing to participate in it too high for the buyers of the harvest. (In fact, we should start calling institutionalized circumcision patterns "the foreskin harvest".)

Harvesting something from males that is illegal to harvest from females. The human foreskin harvest, to create something for the benefit of a much smaller group of skin-condition sufferers.
