Day 3:
#Coliascrocea The Clouded Yellow butterfly has black and yellow patterns in the upperside. Difficult to take pictures of that part due to it is normally perching with the wings close. Do you have a picture of the upperside? we don't!

#Euphydryasaurinia The Marsh Fritillary (Euphydryas aurinia) is declining across Europe and is protected under the EU Habitats Directive.

For today, we choose a species from the Pieridae family. The Clouded Yellow is one of the commonest migrant butterflies in Europe. It lays eggs on clovers, lucerne and other legumes #FebruaryButterflyMonthpic.twitter.com/otZcLLW9rT

Cirrhilabrus rhomboidalis, the diamond tail fairy wrasse. One of my favorite fishes. This elegant species is scribbled everywhere in a glyph-like gold and purple scrawling. Such a luxurious and ancient looking animal - like something from a mummy’s tomb.pic.twitter.com/TjCXxrfruW
