I've seen people store important mail in outlook trash before then freak out when the trash was emptied

Yep, was just typing that. It’s terrifyingly common.

The other thing is people storing important emails in the trash.

We have a Software Engineer that was doing this. WHY?!

Only folder in all of outlook you can send email to with a single button. Sorta makes sense.

because it only took 10yrs for MS to not allow attachment editing into Temp. Being generous, known prob for at least 15yrs
