Confused why this attempt at such a high temp. Optimal closer to 40F. Not 53F. Might have made a 24 sec difference.

I mostly agree, but most data on "optimal" isn't on guys like this (virtually no body fat, etc.), so they opted for a bit warmer. #breaking2

Crazy to think that the sub-2:00:00 performance could have come down to a few degrees and a bit less humidity.
