      @D_Azaroff просим посетить наш район, без Вашего участия нас не слышат. Вместо установления лесопарковой зоны, @depstroy132 выносит на обсуждение изменение генплана под застройку. А значит нарушение экологии района, тотальная вырубка!

      Тогда давайте как в заявлении было указано - привести пзз в соответствие с ген планом! А не наоборот! Изменить с ж4 на лесопарковую! А ещё предоставить документы, подтверждающие, что в 2012 году тоже были слушания, которые сотворили этот произвол с вырубкой

      @depstroy132 добрый день,а в договоре так и написано, что при нарушении условий договора застройщиком и последующим расторжением им кто то должен будет?Это же расторжение не из прихоти, а из-за "косяков". Ну а самый простой вариант -насчитать штрафа на 300млн - экоущерб по полной
