This protest is a celebration of the life of Xeryus “Iggy” Tate who died on this day in 2016 when a friend accidently shot him. The celebration of his life hopes to gather signatures for an online petition to reopen the case of Roy'Ale Spencer, a 9-year-old boy shot last year.
